This recipe was created by my beautiful mother.  Not only is she a wonderful cook, but super creative as well.  As a busy mom of two kids, she was always looking for ways to create meals for us that were delicious, but also quick and easy.  This was one that she made for us, and it was always a hit in our house.  She is nice enough to let me share this recipe with all of you  :)
